Open Your Heart To The Guidance Of Angels

The purpose of the angels  is to facilitate our connection to God. They are not to take his place. They are sent by God as messengers, and guides to bring us closer to God. I pulled the card for spiritual growth. I know that there are situations that can be painful, and I am reminded that at these times there is much opportunity for spiritual growth. If I turn to God and his angels and saints, I need not be afraid.

When we think about growth in nature, we know that humans, plants and animals need extra care and nutrients when in a period of growth. Our souls, or spirit needs extra attention to nuture it’s growth.  Take extra time to pray, ask the angels for special assistance. Our spiritual well being is worth it. As we grow spiritually, we can be of better service to others.

God’s angels are always present, ready to assist us when asked.  We do not need to see the angels to know they are there.  We see their presence in many ways, a happy coincidence, or  perhaps a timely visit from a friend. Stay in touch with the angels, and their loving spirit will sustain you.  Make a regular habit of talking to your angels.  They are listening.

Today I pulled a card for Surrender and Release.  I will allow myself to surrender my problems and fears to the angels. I will release my doubts about myself, the future and the spirit. The angels are with me, all I need is to let go.  I am safe in their care.

OPAL – Today I pulled the card for the angel Opal. She brings the message that your children on earth and in heaven are well cared for by God and the angels.  She also reminds us that we are all God’s children.

I also pulled the healing card of Harmony. I will strive to live in harmony with nature and others.  When I think of the word harmony in music, it is to be in accord with, or to accompany others.  Harmony in music creates a pleasing sound .  When I live in harmony with the world and my surroundings, the result is a pleasing and beautiful world.

Angels can use many tools to aid us in following God’s will.  They have appeared to many people in visions or dreams.  They can protect us and guide us through our thoughts. 

When I am unclear on a specific course of action, I ask the angels to direct my thoughts.  I open my mind to their message.  I pay attention to any signs that I may receive. I allow their light to shine on my true motives, or the motives of another.  I look for the bigger picture, and try to view people and situations with kindness and compassion.Yes, and sometimes I receive the answers in my dreams.

Aligning one’s thoughts with God and the angels requires practice.  I practice spiritual exercise, just as I  would physical exercise.  I pray and ask God and the angels to see His will.  I clear my mind, and ask the angels to be with me.  I make a regular practice of meditation.  I ask for clarity of thought.
